Fantastic gym! There's a lot of skill here, and a lot of things to learn. Coaches are friendly and attentive. The conditioning classes are great, and the sparring is awesome. Everyone here has been an amazing training partner. Thank you to everyone at Valor for being amazing!

My son recently joined this gym and has already picked up new techniques and gained confidence in his skills. The trainers are friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well-equipped for classes. I also enjoy watching my son learn and have fun, especially during the team-building activities.

Trained here for a year. Great regimen for both entry-level and experienced fighters. Matts and equipment are in good shape. You can tell the coaches (Ash & Patrick) are passionate about what they do by the attention they pay to their students form/progress. Would recommend.

P.S - almost all training partners were respectful during sparring sessions. Not a "rip-his-head-off" sort of gym.

Ii highly Valor. I signed my 14 yo daughter up at Valor to give her an outlet for her frustration, and internal rage. She LOVES it!! Valor teaches self defense, respect and focus. She has built strength and increased her flexibility. The classes have a wide age and skill range. She is constantly learning. She loves the teachers - Ash, Alyssa and Matt.

Really chill training center and super friendly! All of the staff are super nice and they all are informative in explaining the forms as well as making any corrections. They also offer lessons for kids and are very observant and understanding towards any injuries so I highly recommend if youre a beginner looking to get started in Muay Thai! They also have a beginner 3 trial class package thats super budget so its worth checking out!

I started with the 3-day trial and then sign up for the membership. VALOR training center offers multiple classes for all levels. The coaches are very attentive and have given me good feedback.

Great place to learn self defense and workout. Friendly staff and coaches. Signed up myself 48yo and 2 boys, 11 & 14yo. Never too late to stay healthy!!
