Train4fitness is a great i’ve been coming here for years and as you get older, you need to continue your flexibility, balance, and strength. I highly recommend this training facility and they are like my exercise family. Joe Altamura and Jeff do a great job training all levels and all ages. Get your fit on this coming year and beyond!!

They all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while paying close attention to every detail in your training. Personal training on another level. I've worked with many trainers over the years and what stands out the most is the level of motivation, knowledge, and genuine commitment my trainer Dutch has towards helping me to reach my goals. Training For Fitness is without question the best personal training gym in this area. All of the trainers are top-notch and go above and beyond to achieve their clients goals. Update 12/2024:
It is now a few years later and I highly recommend T4F. I lost 25 lbs in the last 2 years working with the team on better nutrition, proper exercise form for improved balance and mobility,
It has been a wonderful experience and helped me maintain my strength and mobility.
They are extremely knowledgeable in physical therapy, very motivating and always encouraging to improve my overall health.
My special thanks to Joe, Jeff and Dutch for helping and pushing me to reach my goals.

After retiring, I found my weight creeping up and my flexiblity and energy level slipping.
