Thinking about this now but wanted to say thank you ! Back in August, we were a bit desperate because we had a flat tire in a size that no one got in this town, and we needed to drive another 100 miles that same day. These guys were the best and really tried to help us. They almost fixed our flat tire but unfortunately there was a bigger hole that we hadn't seen so it was really unrepairable. But still, very nice and honest people !

Called first thing in the morning and was able to squeeze a spot for alignment same day. Let me tell you this place is clean, the a/c is ice cold ? in the waiting room. And the staff is friendliest group around. Wow!! Just look at that beautiful Lazer alignment rack definitely gets the job done truck now steers perfectly straight down the road. Give jeff or bruce a call and they'll get your truck or car fixed up right.

Was there for a noise from my van. Wasn’t sure what it was so the guy at the counter had one of his guys have a listen. Then that guy called another guy over to take a look & a listen. The second guy knew what was up. So then the guy at the counter gave me an estimate for the repair. The kool thing about them is they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. They didn’t put it on the rack or have me sign or pay for the diagnostic. Got a second opinion from another place. That place charged me $198.00 for the diagnostic & they had it for 7 hours. Those other guys were 3 times higher than T & T for the same amount of work. It’s a no brainer as to who I’d have fix it. Thanks T & T Alignment.

I got a flat tire on a Tuesday night. When I swapped to my spare, I judged that it was just good enough to get the car to T&T. Unfortunately they didn't have any tires my size in stock and would have to order some for me. They found a used tire that would hold me over until the new set came in and loaned it to me to use while I waited. I am just so impressed by their customer service and by how willing they were to work with me and help me out. I have found my new go to tire shop in Ridgecrest.

I was quoted for a brake replacement of $600 and I had verified that quote on 3 different occasions, including while dropping off my car. When I came to pick it up later that day my total was $1,180. When I asked why the rate had changed the man at the front was immediately defensive and said it was my fault bc I misunderstood what was said. I asked if their quotes normally come without the price of labor and again he buckled down and claimed it was my fault and that I was the one mistaken even tho he was the same guy I had talked to one all THREE occasions of getting the same quote. I will never return here again. There is no excuse to be rude when I was just asking questions and I was not hostile in anyway.

Great place to go for a quick flat tire repair. Second time in two weeks I've had a screw stuck in the same tire. Very unlucky! But both times I've come in service has been very fast and friendly.
