I’m not a fan of public transportation and I never took the Dart before. It is very convenient and great for commuting on a budget especially if you want to visit the Dallas downtown and you don’t want to drive your car in traffic and ripped off by parking. The security is a bit spotty and it can be a little intimidating for anyone traveling alone or for the first time. I really recommend traveling with a friend or companion for safety sake.

Decide to Check out the D.A.R.T experience today on my visit to Dallas. I can say it was quite a unique experience and some very very interesting people on that rail. I wouldn’t recommend any young person or young female riding by yourself, as for me I can take care of business myself. That said, it does take you where you need to go.

This station is terrible in the afternoons. Today I was at this station. I was waiting on the 236 Addison. I was right at the bus stop. That driver just passed right by me and did not stop. I went into the station to inquire. That woman who comes on around 1:00 p.m. is terrible and is so mean and unhelpful. She said she had to shut the door. I went in and she never did shut it. Somebody needs to do something about these employees. They are no help. I have said I was going to stop riding DART and keep on. However, I am tired of spending my money on this no good transpatation. Also these employees that do not care and are so unkind to customers. We deserve respect.

For the most part, this station is one of the cleaner and nicer ones. Hopefully it stays that way. Staff are always helpful which is greatly appreciated when trying to figure out where to cross the tracks. Same problem as other stations though, no one runs off the homeless.

I've boarded at Parker Road Station on several occasions without incident. The DART ticket machines have worked when I've used them. Can't really complain too much.

One of the few stations with an indoor section. Good drop off area and parking lot for those of us that commute. The security and staff have always been helpful.

This is a hub for DART orange and red line light trains as well as connecting buses to other routes. The station is so organized that even for a new comer it will be easy to find their preferred train. The departure board is clear and easy to understand. They also have a pretty waiting area with separate restrooms for gents and ladies, with #accessibility
For daily commuters, there is a huge non-reserved parking lot where people can park their cars and catch the train to their desired destinations.
