Police harassment to people that are actually using and paying for there services but the people that don't pay and sit at the station all day those are the ones the police over look. This picture is of a person that sits at the hatcher station all day high and is now standing up bent over sleeping off his high. Police are aware of the behavior but people like this aren't being harassed it's the people that are out handling there daily business paying there fare that's been harassed
