He’s a powerhouse of enthusiasm, constantly striving to help every member achieve their goals. His attention to detail and care for everyone makes a huge difference—you always feel seen and supported.

I’ve had the opportunity to train at this fitness studio where a variety of workouts are offered. I was greeted by Noel when I walked in who is very welcoming and passionate about health, fitness and the overall wellness of the members. Coach Will and AJ are amazing too - all three has cultivated a motivating abs energetic atmosphere during all the training sessions I’ve attended. I had a great experience at the F45 Land O Lake studio. I dropped in for 2 classes while traveling to Florida from Maine. The manager was very responsive, coaches very welcoming and energetic. It was a casual, no pressure environment. I highly recommend!

I am not from Land O Lakes. I was visiting my brother who is a member of this F45 location. This was my first experience with F45. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by Norine (trainer). She made me feel welcomed and appreciated me trying them out. The class was led by Will (trainer) and gave me just enough encouragement and pushed me to ensure I was the most out of the workout. NOT TO MENTION THE MUSIC WAS ON-POINT! Very friendly environment. Everyone encouraged everyone. And I look forward to coming back. Consider me a fan of this location. -Jason B. Long
