Schmutzig, selbst wenn es sauber ist. Etwas unheimlich, und unglaublich tief in der Erde. Viele zwielichtige Gestalten, die herumlungern und die Leute verunsichern. Es ist übrigens scheinbar unmöglich mit Dart zu fahren, ohne angebettelt zu werden. Mehr Personal, Fahrkartenkontrollen und Sicherheitspersonal würden helfen! Es macht allerdings Spaß, die langen Treppen hinaufzusteigen!

Esta es la única estación bajo tierra. Está muy abajo, puede dar vértigo. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda con cualquier pregunta que tengas relacionada a las paradas. El servicio sé restableció como a las 11:30a.m del miércoles 24 de julio después del accidente con el camión de bomberos.

Once you are underground at the platforms, there is no cell phone service, so you better know and you're route off by heart! There are so many escalators and stairs you need to fight up-and-down station. Unfortunately, 1/3 of the escalators were not working and were frozen at the time I visited, which was pretty disappointing. There was a guy blocking my path down the stairs when I was trying trying to commute away from the station, luckily I was able to go down the escalator portion to avoid him.

However, I really did enjoy the art on the walls and the tile patterns on the floors. There were trash cans too. My experience here wasn't too bad it just wasn't good as it was dotted with some minor inconveniences here and there.

This is my favorite station on the DART system, but the elevator from the platform to the mezzanine level smells disgusting. Please keep it clean!!

There are often homeless people in the stairwells, but they're harmless (I've never come across a bad one), the worst that happens is it smells like piss. The station has security on the platforms (they have an office there, if you can't see them) and it's mostly a good place, given it is a subway station. My only gripe is the f*g escalators! It's like Christmas if you can get all 3 sets working in the direction you're going! If the main ones aren't working, you need to wait for the elevator, or climb up 120 steps. The elevator takes 1.20min each way and it's amazing how you're always JUST missed it 😛

100% not a safe station. First of all, there will be no mobile signal once you are in this underground station. Second, lots of threatening beggars and homeless people roam here. I had a very bad experience here. One of the traveler was verbally attacking a police officer with a gun in her hand. When me and my spouse were waiting for the train, one homeless person started coming towards and asked us money. When we politely neglected, he started frightening us by shouting and following us in the same train and followed even after we got down in another station. Finally had to catch up another train without his notice to get away from him.
All of this happened on the same day, which made me never choose DART again. Started using Lyft/Uber for travel even if it is pricey than DART.
