Super Wartebereich, überall Aufladestationen . Alles sauber. Man muss zwar durch eine Flughafen kontrolle aber das mache ich gerne für so einen Service. Pepsi Cola kostet 2.14$ absolut guter Preis für die sonst umliegenden Restaurants. Der Platz im Zug ist auch gleich reserviert. Sehr gut?

If it’s your first time visiting Florida. Be sure to travel using Brightline Train Stations. The staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. This station is an upscale location. Plus, the building and trains are clean. I highly recommend Brightline Train Station to anyone.

The seats are wide and roomy. The tray tables are large. We could charge our phones. There is plenty of room to store things. The lounges in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando are large but they get full at busy times. The experience is much preferable to driving. We were happy to see that the trains are well used. There are plenty of helpful employees if you need anything.

As a former South FL resident, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience back to Orlando. Train is my favourite mode of travel.... Clean and spacious train station and I definitely recommend buying Premium. (This is not an incentivized review! I always have anxiety when I travel in general [especially on planes], and I thought the staff were excellent). Jasmine was fantastic.

I was super impressed with the Brightline experience. It was my first time taking the train from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando and from the moment that I arrived I received the best friendly guest service and welcome to the Brightline. Security was impeccable and easy not hectic like the airport but very, very safe, the waiting areas were clean the bathrooms in the station and on the train were touchless. The use of the Dyson washing system was impeccable. Everything was touchless from washing your hands to flushing the toilet the ability to have the premium service or the Coach service options. I took the Coach on the way there which was very nice and then the premium on the way back and it just was a wonderful experience all the way around so I highly recommend it with all that traffic that is on the road, this is one of the best ways to get back-and-forth from Miami to Orlando And from and everywhere in between from Boca to West Palm Beach, I highly recommend taking the Brightline. I will be doing this from here on out. I attend a lot of conferences in Orlando and the Brightline is definitely the way to go no headache with the traffic and just a super wonderful experience!

I'd been anticipating a ride of Brightline for a long time. I'm so thrilled that it did not disappoint. Use of the app was straightforward and easy to navigate. Do note that you cannot do seat changes in the app within 10 minutes of boarding. I was told to ask a train attendant, who did accommodate me. I tried both Premium and Coach classes. Both offered clean, modern cabins. Premium is worth it, especially if you drink because the beverages are included in the ticket price. The seats are comfortable and the cars whisk along the rails quietly. The station lounge areas are spacious, well let and comfortable. The premium lounge is separate and quiet. All four trains I took this week departed on time. I only noticed one train delay/cancellation on the board the entire time.
If you are trying to go to the Mall at Aventura, the station is directly across the street...BUT there is no pedestrian bridge so you must take a taxi or walk about 20 minutes. It is so ridiculous that a pedestrian bridge was not built there.
Aside from the non existent pedestrian bridge at the Aventura stop, the rest of the Brightline experience was stellar!
