Found TJacks on a local web search. Reached out on their website. Got a call back the next day. Quoted a very reasonable price. Started the job three days later. The Estate property was VERY dirty with cobwebs, algae, clogged slots in decking from bird debris and decades of neglect. Tony and his assistant were prompt, friendly and did an excellent job and made the property very showable for an open house two days later. I think I've learned you can try to do it yourself, but the chemical combination and professional grade high power equipment make it a no brainer to have it professionally done. I am VERY thrifty and would call them back for another job in a heartbeat!! Thanks again Tony!!

TJacks has done multiple projects at my house. They cleaned the concrete around my pool, as well as my driveway. The before and after we’re astounding. They were professional, affordable and the owner Tony Jackson takes great pride in his work. He’s friendly and easy to deal with.

Based on that, I also had them do a house wash and a roof wash. I didn’t even know that they could wash a roof! All of the green mossy areas were wiped clean and the dark streaks on the roof were gone too! I didn’t need a new roof. I just needed TJacks!

T Jacks Roof & Exterior just cleaned our 17 year old roof. It is amazing to see the difference in the roof after! It looks great! We had many black streaks and some algae growing on the north side of the roof. These are all gone! The crew was very professional and got the job done in good time.
