A wonderful find and experience. My small request of two t-shirt was handled just as if it was a request for 200 t-shirts. Quality of materials and personnel expertise was excellent. Jasmin, who handled my order, was great... friendly, courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable. Will definite recommend to others and will happily return for additional, future orders.

I absolutely do not recommend using this company going by what I just personally experienced. The male owner was downright rude in regards to a work shirt order I’ve been trying to place for a week, even after I approved the emailed mock-up, calling to confirm they got my response and wanting to pay for said order. He treated me as though I was bothering him and upon me calling to verify my order placed with Jasmine last week, he said he has more prioritized things to do, flat out saying “ok” and hanging up on me when I said if he didn’t want my smaller order, please let me know so I could find another place that could use my business. Working in customer service for many years, I wouldn’t dream of treating people that way. I’m beyond shocked they don’t have more bad reviews. I’m even more disappointed in myself for wasting the week trying to give them a chance. Lesson learned.

Big Frog was a pleasure to work with. When I went in I had only a vague idea of what I wanted. But, the staff helped me find both a shirt I loved from their extensive options and to do a custom design. Plus, they got them printed and ready very quickly.
