My husband and I went to the Red Rock Casino’s TBone Chart house for our Anniversary.  We started by having drinks in the bar.  The drinks were excellent and the service was very good.  The atmosphere of the place was what you would expect from a steak house but nicely done.  Subdued lighting, high ceilings and a very nice fireplace.

We ordered filet mignons and they were cooked to perfection.  As appetizers we had palm salad and shrimp tempura.  They were very tasty.  The first wine we ordered was a Bordeaux.  The taste not what I expected.  We then ordered a Merlot and it was quite good.  The sides were seared scallops and French fries.  Really well prepared in both cases.

Yes, it is possible to screw up fries and of course scallops.  The service was outstanding and our server Andreas was the best.  We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to go back again.  The price was a bit expensive, but the service and product quality and preparation, was very much to our liking.

Highly recommend for a special occasion.

Our server Erik was not very engaged when I arrived.
He asked pretty direct if I've ever been to Tbones or if we had any allergies etc and didn't respond with "welcome to tbones etc". Just moved on to the next questions, you have any allergies? Etc.

When my date arrived, Erik was all over my person and very very touchy the entire time. He seemed to also try to constantly upsale us on drinks or any additional items after we've already said that's all of the order mulitple times.

All of the flirting made our food take forever to finally arrive.
We were there for 3 hours.

Our steaks came out quite rare. We had to send 2 steaks back.
Getting the bill also took forever, even after asking for it twice.

מסעדת סטייקים יוקרתית מאוד במלון הרד רוק. מנות מעולות ראשונות במיוחד מבחר הלחמים המגוון והמיוחד שמגישים בתחילת הארוחה פשוט טעים. אכלנו סטייק פילה עם תוספות המנות היו מעולות. שירות ברמה גבוהה ומקצועית והעיצוב של המסעדה מדהים . המחיר כמובן בהתאם אבל יחסית למה שמקבלים הוא סביר מאוד , מומלץ להזמין מקום מראש.

Start with the wait staff were great. But our dining experience was ruined, especially on New Years Eve by being seated in a remote small table right next to the entrance to the kitchen. I understand that if a restaurant is crowded you get what's available, however we had an early reservation - 5:00 pm and the restaurant was only 1/4 full. My prime rib was good, however the size was diminished by the amount of fat. My wife's sea bass was also good, but the edges were burnt and dry. My suggestion, which most restaurant seem to do, is wait until the place is almost full, then place the last people at the least desired table. High priced meal for less than satisfying experience.
I downgraded prior response due to managements less than satisfactory response - seemed more of an auto reply, than a sincere "we're sorry". Also Atmosphere rating dropped due to table right outside kitchen entrance.

Our server gave us a sour attitude about ordering everything to share. He seemed weirded out that we weren't picking our own dishes.
When we received the ribeye, we weren't asked if we wanted it pre-sliced. Every other nice steak place I've been to has asked us when we stated that everything is to share.

The ribeye is fantastic: perfectly seasoned and cooked. No sauce necessary.
The prime rib at medium doneness is not dry, and not too salty. The Au Jus is served on the side with four choices of horseradish sauces.
The burger was cooked perfectly, but the thousand island sauce is way too overwhelming -- it ruins the taste of the nice burger. I wish they would serve it with a different sauce and with the sauce on the side.
The lobster chowder was too salty.
I find the cauliflower steak to have a weird seasoning, but others may enjoy it.

Excellent service, top notch environment, and food that was equally amazing.
I had the 22 ounce bone in ribeye that was seasoned to perfection with a truffle butter topper that was flamed table side.
Everything else, the sides, the bread service and dessert were also just as impressive!
Cocktails are a must and very well done also.
This is located inside the Red Rocks Casino off the strip and was very surprising in both luxury and taste.
Give it a try!

I'm always looking for amazing Steakhouses to try and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to go to T-Bones. I had heard great things about this restaurant prior to going and all I can say is WOW. This steakhouse is off the strip but that doesn't take away from the quality of food that they delivered. The crab cakes were among the best I have eaten and I had an old fashion cocktail which was also great. We ordered the Tomahawk to share and it was the perfect amount. Not to take away from the sides but those were also good. We have the potato puree and mushrooms. Both of which had great flavors. I will definitely be back.
