Nice DART station. Very clean and lots of parking. I leave my car in the lot or get dropped off if I'm going to Dallas. The train is so much better than dealing with traffic, paying for gas, and trying to find parking in downtown.

Parking is free, the closest parking lot requires a permit.The ticket machines sometimes don't work. I recommend getting the DART app on your phone so you don't have to worry about losing your ticket or machine issues. All day tickets are $6.

Trains run right on schedule. Benches are available to sit while you wait.

They should have spent more money on the actual station instead of the ridiculously unnecessarily large parking lot, I couldn't get the card reader at the ticket kiosk to work but luckily had cash in my wallet, the train ride from the station was pleasant and definitely preferable to driving in Dallas.

Great station. Plenty of parking. Shade when you're waiting on a train and usually prompt schedules.

Clean, good lighting, plenty of Parking. Shuttle service very LIMITED. DART on Call NOT the door to door service as advertised...I was not prepared for the long walk down Rowlett Rd from the station when my car was in the shop.

The only thing I hate about this station is the huge parking lot that goes under-utilized because it's reserved for permit parking, which you can only get if you can prove residency in a Dart-service area city. It's beyond frustrating to walk from the back of huge parking lot and pass a bunch of empty spaces on your trek all the way to the train platform. Even more so when it's raining. They should cut the amount of reserved parking in half because obviously most people are parking in the back because they are unable/unwilling to pay for the permit.

If you want to be able to park in the front you have to prove that you are a Rowlett resident( the pass is free). I believe you would have to go through the city but I don't know all the details of the process. If I'm wrong please correct me.
