Train comes infrequently. Long wait. It’s only 5 minutes from the DART station, where trains run twice as often. Station mostly empty. No restroom.

This place looks nice on the outside but once you move in you will see the real side. People getting ran over in the parking lots, hit and runs in the middle of the night, and not to mention cars getting stolen left and right due to the lack of gates and cameras. You also get fined for almost everything including $50 trash violations. Also, if you think this is a place where you are coming to relax and retire think again there are a lot of young people that live here and party alot. This is my last year at club Hebron 121 moving into a home but wanted to share my experience.

Unfortunately this place will never be able to be home. Applied for the first time back in 2019 with way less income and when rent was reasonable and was denied . 2022 denied again with good income and the rest the same besides more established rental history considering I moved to DFW in 2018. Key points to this place is that you probably need a 720+ credit score and no bad debt. Like at all. They do a in-depth background check which also configures your DTI . If you have extremely good credit and no debt . You might as well apply for a mortgage than to be renting for the amount of rent your paying here already . Teresa was very good with us so I am not docking her for anything or the other gentleman who helped us with information . More so the property management and their third party Resolve who they use to determine if your are even fit to live here . We wouldn’t be applying in the first place if we knew we couldn’t “afford “ it . So again , if you have bad debt or I guess high DTI . Of any kind . Doesn’t matter if it’s 6 years old or 1. Don’t waste your hard earned money applying here . Because they will not work with you . They should post a signage out front that this property is only open to pristine credit applicants .

I catch this train alot from Carrollton to Lewisville and almost all the time the trains are always not in service. The buses take forever and the train wait is redeculous. I prefer dart.
