Great location near 35E and the Bush Turnpike. It seems quite busy with a large parking lot almost full. No bathrooms or on-site attendants but my transition from Green Line to DART bus was easy, seamless and on time.

Train and bus stop with cover, large parking lot. Transfer point between DART and DCTA. Long wait between transfer trains, sometimes more than 30 min. No restroom, no vending. Some homeless or transient people rest here, sometimes panhandlers. No security but overall generally safe. Not close to anything except the interstate.

It’s a train station for the Dallas DART as well as the Denton train (no Sunday service to Denton)

It’s pretty nice, the parking lot is small and can take some time to get out after a train arrives.

Aside from that it’s a simple commuter train station.

Pretty good for a train station in this area. Some improvements it could use are a fan for summer, infrared heater for winter, and more bike infrastructure especially when it comes to sidewalks and parking locations. The biggest detriment is that the pedestrian/biking Infrastructure to get here from neighboring areas is either sorely lacking or non-existent. While that isn't a fault of the station, it is still a severe barrier of entry for those wanting to either bike or walk to the station instead of driving.

At this hub, you can transfer to the A train and very buses. Other than that everything is far from there.

This station is one of the cleanest dart stations that I know of. Many people park here and then take the train downtown. There is no dart office on ground hence, no restrooms. It is the connecting point for a non-dart train, and most people seem to use it to connect to farther North Dallas.

If there was such thing as a 7 star review this would be it the management at herl location is superior Crystal is the best I've ever worked with she'll bend over backwards to help somebody accommodate a storage facility unit seven Stars if there was such a thing or there should be she would be getting him but it wasn't going to give her five cuz that's all y'all give way to go Crystal
