I have been training with CJ for almost 2 years and love it. She is fun, affordable, very accomodating and will definitely challenge you. While working out I have to be careful not to aggravate work injuries, CJ is on top of it! I love starting my day with a great workout, thank you CJ.

What I love about CJ/Fit at Home:
1. She has a super friendly, positive and 'keep it real' personality.
2. Time flies-you will actually LOOK FORWARD to working out!
3. The workouts started at a level I was comfortable with and grew from there, so I always felt like a success when I walked back out the door.
4. She is always asking for feedback on how the body is feeling and able to provide immediate adjustments without allowing the quality of the workout to suffer.
5. What are you waiting for? She is the unicorn of personal training, if she has a spot in her schedule-I highly recommend locking it up!

I have been training with CJ for 2 1/2 years. I am in my mid 50s and suffering from arthritis already. One day I realized that if my joints won't cooperate I better get some muscle to help me get around in life. Best decision I ever made. CJ keeps me going. I am very quick to push my workouts to the side for other reasons. CJ doesn't let me do that. We move appointments if needed but don't cancel. I feel 10 years younger than when I started. It takes patience and persistence and CJ helps you obtain that. She is also there for a good talk when you need someone to listen. Love you Girlfriend...
