We used our hotel shuttle service and used this station to make our way downtown during a business trip. It was easy to get our passes and the train was there within a few minutes.
It was a clean station with all information needed to navigate the system.

Update: Looks like they have added a chemical toilet, not sure how long it will be there though.
The trains to Dallas aren't frequent because at certain times there's only one train to Dallas per HOUR! Benches are dirty, trash strewn about, suspicious people making weird noises after dark, and people trying to sell you things all the time everytime I go to this platform. Also, one of the signs in the station is out. Lack of bathrooms has caused people urinating near the benches.

One of the nicest stations on the TRE rail. I'm just giving it 4 stars because it can cause people who don't know that they sometimes use the opposite tracks then the signs indicate -
to miss the trains, granted they are waiting on the far sides & not directly in the middle of both tracks. Otherwise a pretty nice train station & unfortunately nobody can get rid of the really disruptive people high on meth, but it's minimal here.

The trains and busses almost always run when and how they say they do. If you need an inexpensive, reliable way to traverse betwixt Dallas and Ft Worth with many convenient stops in-between, not even Uber or lyft can come close. Must be able to occasionally tolerate the close proximity of other human beings. 9/10 would bang an attractive stranger in the bathroom whilst the train is in motion.

A nice modern commuter rail station. There are shuttles to take you to DFW or the American Airlines campus. There is plenty of parking available here also.
