I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile thanks to Steve! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered.
Steve made the entire process seamless, from helping me choose the best plan to setting up my new device. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I left the store feeling confident and well taken care of. If you're visiting T-Mobile, I highly recommend asking for Steve - you won't be disappointed!

Gustavo & Lexi helped me out a ton. I just set up my account not too long ago. I came in to remove two lines from account because I changed my mind about them. Gustavo took one look at my account and noticed a bunch of errors made on my account by the previous location.

He took his time to review everything and Lexi was even able to return a couple of devices that I was sold that weren’t needed. It was a time consuming visit but I appreciated the time spent on working with my account. They were able to get my account back to its original state with just the Apple Watch being added.

Ok first of all, let me tell you that the Tmobil on Cotton is 3rd party! Dont go there! GO TO THIS ONE! Ask for Ariana! She was AHHHMAZING! We were in and out of there in less that 45 minutes with new phone in hand!! She was kind, intelligent and had GREAT customer service!!! She's a keeper!!!! I will only go to this store now and if you are a Tmobil person, you should too!

I just had a great experience at T-Mobile thanks to Jesus! He was super helpful, guided me in the right direction and explained everything I needed to know. His friendly attitude made the whole process way easier. If you need help at T-Mobile, definitely ask for Jesus!

I had a great experience at this store! Lorrenna Zamorano, specifically, was the one who helped my boyfriend and I get off of our old phone plans and on to one together with T-Mobile. She made the process so easy and enjoyable! We both had to call our previous phone providers support number, stay on hold while they did stuff, and she was there with us the entire time. She talked to the support for us and/or guided us on what to say depending on what we were asking for. She transferred our phone numbers to new phones on a new line and it was by far the easiest process thanks to her! If you're hesitant on going into the store for any reason, don’t be, and ask for Lorrenna personally! She will make the process as fast and easy as she can and she'll do it with the best attitude and smile on her face. Thanks to Lorrenna Zamorano for a great experience!

Went to upgrade my daughter 's phone and we were the 3 ppl in there and the CSR came to help us and we were going to buy the Google pixel 7 pro but when we found out that they didn't have it we couldn't decide if we were going to get she went to go check in other people and then didn't come back to us for 30 minutes and then when we finally got her to see if we could get the phone and it would fit in the case that we wanted. They didn't have that case so then we had to see if they had a different case. Then she went to go check in on other people that had just walked in the door and it took another 15 minutes for her to come back to us and then we asked her to go see if she could get the phone for us and when she came back she could only give us the phone with the security on it and we would have to call other stores on our own to see if they had the phone we wanted in stock and then she went to get other customers that had just walked in again while we called another store and she still didn't come back to us. So we decided to leave because she obviously had way too much going on for her to help us who were her first customer and wish to purchase. Not one but two new phones and possibly a watch also. So she lost three sales because they couldn't. She couldn't focus on one customer.

"As a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 12 years, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I went in an hour before closing to get a new phone, but it was clear the employee was more interested in closing up than helping me. The service was rushed, and I felt like I was just being pushed out the door. The next day, I went to the T-Mobile store on Bell Rd., and the difference was night and day. It's frustrating to see such a lack of customer care at this location, especially after being a long-time customer."
