My boys love Dynamic Training! They have done group classes, junior classes and private lessons over the last few years. Their growth has been noticed by teammates. The gym is clean & well run. Coach Chet & Coach Bill have been amazing to work with!

This place and the all of the coaches are amazing! Not only have they helped both my kids with their speed and agility training but they have helped them with their attitudes and confidence. They really care about the kids and want them to succeed. The coaches show up for the kids for these trainings, one on one sessions and even come out and watch the kids for their games. These coaches are their biggest cheerleaders and we are so proud to be apart of the DT family! Highly recommend this place for all athletes!

All I can say is WOW! Amazing! Incredible! We were told about Dynamic Training by our soccer friends and this has been the best experience ever for my kids! My daughter in particular has really improved in her speed and strength and most important has so much fun at every training! The coaches are outgoing, positive, encouraging and fun! Lots of positivity and fun during every training, and every training is different. I would highly recommend these trainings to anyone!

Our family loves Dynamic Training! My son has been training here for around 2 years and loves the speed/ agility training. My son turned 12 this year and instead of a group birthday party/event he really wanted to experience one on one training. We reached out to the staff with our specific goals and were matched with Chet, who has by far surpassed those goals! The staff is incredible and really takes an interest in your child and their interests. I really appreciate their positive outlooks and being role models for these kids becoming teens and young adults. Much love to our DT Fam ❤️

This place has helped my kids, confidence so much. All the coaches are so great, encouraging, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable on what they’re doing.
I see so much improvement in my 14-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son. both my children are very shy kids, but whenever they’re at dynamic training, it’s their own element thank you to all the coaches for providing that type of environment for my children

We live about an hour from this place. We visited it and immediately the drive was worth it. Amazing atmosphere. The coaches the energy the athletes it’s literally the best! They focus on so many important fundamentals for athletes. No matter the sport your kid plays this place is a very very important factor in their training. 10/10 highly recommend

These guys are incredible. They will improve your athletes physical skills and support mental/ emotional growth! We have been sending out athlete to Coach Spence for more than a year and have been completely satisfied with the coaching and development! Highly recommend!
