This is an excellent place to train. They have been doing some upgrades to the facility but it is the owner and instructors that are key to this center. I train specifically with Alex based on recommendations from friends. He did not disappoint. He is knowledgeable, kind, and will push you to your limit. He makes sure to check in with you before each session to see where you are mentally and physically. He is very knowledgeable in physical therapy and sports injury. He will work with all previous injuries and help you build strength and stamina. I love that he is the type of trainer who trains with you. This place is just awesome. Just go!!!

As a senior I like the energy and enthusiasm here. Alex, my trainer sets the bar high, which benefits me and pushes my comfort level. He takes the time to show you how to work just the right muscles during core training exercises and will correct you if you are doing it incorrectly. Other members are friendly and helpful too.

This is no ordinary gym. This is something better. It’s a community of people who do nothing but support one another. I was referred to Alex by a friend because of my chronic back pain. I came in for my first session and I was hooked. I have been training here for a few months now and I am already making a lot of progress in my strength, mobility, my pain has reduced drastically. Alex always checks in to see how I am doing. It’s always fun and I have been looking forward to the gym instead of feeling like it’s a chore I need to do. Just go in for your first session. You will not be disappointed!

This place is so awesome. I love all the trainers and the owners. They are super knowledgeable and very nice. They will challenge you and push you but also support you. Whatever your fitness needs are they have something you can do. Should definitely check them out.
